Revenue Sharing Agreement

iBaguette may share revenue generated from the uploaded content with the uploader. This is subject to an additional Agreement on top of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You must accept this Agreement as well as this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to upload content to the Site.

An additional Agreement is required to be signed by an authorised representative of the Institution or Organisation. This Agreement will be made available upon initial contact between the Institution or Organisation and iBaguette, and must be signed before any Services are provided. BaguetteBot

This section covers BaguetteBot for Discord.

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BaguetteBot Discord bot (“BaguetteBot” or the “Bot”), provided by Draggie, the owner of iBaguette.com (“iBaguette” or the “Site”). By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License

BaguetteBot is an open-source project, and its source code is available on GitHub. However, you are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or sell the source code without explicit written permission from Draggie. This permission only applies to the code that is released and published by Draggie. Any unauthorised use or reproduction of BaguetteBot’s source code or any part thereof, including reverse engineering the development version of the bot, is strictly prohibited.

In addition, you are not allowed to use any part of BaguetteBot’s source code to create a derivative work or any competing product or service without Draggie’s prior written permission. The license to use BaguetteBot’s source code is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable at any time at Draggie’s sole discretion. By using BaguetteBot, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions of the license and not to use the source code for any unauthorised purpose.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use BaguetteBot for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, including, but not limited to:

If you want to get your data removed, please remove the Bot from your Server. Your data might stay on our Servers until a Scheduled Event occurs when all data associated with your Server will be immediately deleted.

3. Our Games and Software
